SDCWA Variable & Fixed Pass-Through Charges:
Helix Water District passes along the increases in the rates for wholesale water and other charges that the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) imposes on Helix. Known as pass-through adjustments, these changes will impact the Fixed and Variable Charges for all customer classes, including Single-Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial/Government and Irrigation customers.
